After access has been granted to the property for our professionals to start work, it's up to you whether you want to be around or not. We'll however need an adult to be around when we're done so the job can be signed-off as satisfactorily completed.

Do I need to remove my personal belongings before the service?

To get the full benefits of the service, you'll ideally need to remove your personal belongings from the property before we start. However, we can still deliver the service with your belongings in-situ if necessary, and we will do the best job possible under the circumstances.

Do I need to arrange parking?

Yes, a parking space suitable for a van that is no more than 75 meters from the property is required. This is so the cleaning team can easily move all their equipment in and out of the property.

Do I have to be present for the clean?

No you don't. As long as you've arranged access to the property for the cleaners. When we finish it'll be ideal for you or a representative to sign-off the job as having been completed satisfactorily.

What are the usual hours the regular cleaners work?

Our standard working hours are 9am to 6pm for residential properties, and 7am to 8pm for commercial properties. However, our cleaning professionals can be flexible and we'll consider your request at the time of booking. We have cleaners working on weekends and bank holidays too so we have you covered at all times. Please note that non-standard times may incur an additional fee of up to £20.

Do you have a minimum term for your regular domestic cleaning service?

We don't have one for residential properties because we believe that you should only use us for as long as you need us. However you'll need to give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel your regular cleaning service.

Do I have to be home to let the cleaner in every time?

No you don't. As long as you've arranged access to the property for the cleaners. When we finish it'll be ideal for you or a representative to sign-off the job as having been completed satisfactorily.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

You'll usually have the same cleaner for your regular clean unless they're on holiday or cannot attend for unforeseen reasons. We will however offer you a replacement for the period of your cleaner's absence.

Do I need to provide a parking space for your cleaners?

If the service you've booked require our cleaning team to carry equipment, then yes, a parking space suitable for a small van that is no more than 75 meters from the property is required. This is so the cleaning team can easily move all their equipment in and out of the property.

In all other circumstances you don't need to provide parking.

Does your one-off or regular cleaning service include window cleaning?

The internal parts of the windows are included. We offer a separate window cleaning service for the external part of the windows and we'll be happy to give you a quote for this.

What's the difference between regular domestic cleaning and your one-off deep clean service?

Unlike regular cleaning, which involves surface-level cleaning on a weekly or fortnightly basis, deep cleaning is a one-off service that involves meticulously cleaning from ceiling to floor, in every room of your house. This involves areas that are often overlooked for example, inside, under and behind furniture and appliances, light fixtures and grout lines.

Can the cleaners deal with mould on my walls or ceiling?

This is not a part of our domestic cleaning service as standard because mould and mildew are organic in nature and can require specialist attention. If the mould is minimal, the cleaners will try to remove them. However, if the mould is extensive, it’s best to request a quote for a specialist cleaner to do the job.
