Here’s a quick checklist of what we'll need:

We can also bring our own products if you add this option as an extra when booking.
You can be at home during the clean or step out for a bit of relaxation. For the first session, though, it’s a good idea to stay for a short while. This way, you can meet your cleaner, show them around, and explain your preferences to ensure your regular cleaning service meets your needs.
This depends on the size of your home and your specific needs. Here’s a quick guide to help:
- 2 to 3 hours a week: ideal for a small home or flat with 1-2 bedrooms and standard upkeep.
- 4 hours or more a week: perfect for larger homes with 3+ bedrooms or if you need extras like ironing.
- 1 to 2 hours every fortnight: ideal for light maintenance if you already keep things tidy yourself.
At Brilliso Cleaning, we recommend:
- Once a week: this is our most popular service, because it keeps our clients' homes sparkling clean everyday, with no time for dust or dirt to settle.
- Every fortnight: a balanced option for those who manage a bit of cleaning themselves but love a regular refresh.
- Once a month: ideal for a thorough tidy-up if you can keep on top of it in between. If you do little or no cleaning at all, our deep cleaning service is recommended on a monthly basis.
Our standard working hours are 9am to 6pm for residential properties, and 7am to 8pm for commercial properties. However, our cleaning professionals can be flexible and we'll consider your request at the time of booking. We have cleaners working on weekends and bank holidays too so we can be flexible. Please note that non-standard times may incur an additional fee of up to £20.
Brilliso Cleaning prides itself in being able to provide a premium service from £22 per hour.
We don't have one for our domestic cleaning services. We however require 48 hours notice if you'd like to cancel our service.
